I am a thinker, writer, learner, maker, and catalyst for change who believes in the ripple effect of care.

If I can help one person grow or feel 1% better each day through the support I give or the products we build, that impact will compound as it is passed onto others.

I do this by listening first, asking good questions, and acting as a radically honest sounding board to help people find clarity.

I offer mentoring, coaching, and design research thinking focused on individualised action and ownership of what we think, feel, and do. I share things worth sitting with, I ask “why” like it’s a superpower, and I digest and distill every key lesson I’ve learned to help others make safer bets.

I’ve been a leader and coach, research manager, designer, product person, engineer, podcaster, special events coordinator, meetup host, conference panellist, comedy show co-producer, stand-up and improv comedy performer, blogger, musician, FM radio DJ, line cook, camp counsellor, and countless more experiments.
